Photo copies of the following documents would be required to be submitted along with the application form for registration-
(a) Age proof certificate issued by authority competent to register birth.
(b) If child belongs to SC/ST/OBC have to present their caste proof certificate issued by the competent authority.
(c) Residential proof certificate of parents like- election commission issue card, ration card or any other document issued by competent authority.
Note
(i) Registration form complete in all respects and accompained by all required documents must be submitted to all school office within the prescribed date.
(ii) Mere registration will not confirm a right to admission.
(iii) Incomplete application form shall normally be rejected in case of vaccancies the manning the principal may allow completion of the form later at his desecration.
(iv) Admission secured on the basis of any wrong certificate shall be cancelled by the principal forth with and no appeal such action of the principal shall be entertained.
